We had fun in the canyon with the excitement of running rapids, running the mini-rapids of the aquamarine Little Colorado River in our life jackets, swimming in Havasu Creek, and bathing in the falls at Stone Creek. At the same time, we experienced the immensity, variety, and life of the Canyon. It would be inaccurate to say that we fully absorbed its spirit, but we were touched by it.
