Mr. Watkins, being weary of his life as a city planner in Colorado, and having learned about photography and writing to some minor extent, undertook to travel abroad in the world and to record what he found in unusual places.
I next walked along the linear park on the Charles River. There were many people out enjoying the fine weather. Across the river, one could see the buildings of MIT in Cambridge and boats out for sailing lessons.
